Juan Franco Founder/CEO
Juan Franco founded Franco Millwork, Lab, & Design LLC in 2024 after realizing the industry lacked responsive suppliers. Franco spent 8 years working at Kewaunee Scientific, one of the global leaders in the manufacturing of laboratory casework and fume hoods. There, he would spend time learning the manufacturing process, installation, estimating, project management, sales, and marketing aspects of the millwork industry. He then spent an additional 3 years working for one of the largest manufacturers of tools and commercial construction building materials. Franco has a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Gardner Webb University in Boiling Springs, North Carolina
Brian Alexis Trejo Grace VP of Operations
Brian Alexis Trejo Grace is a multifaceted professional with a background in mechatronic engineering and project management. With a keen interest in blending mechanical and electrical engineering principles, Brian specializes in creating innovative solutions at the intersection of technology and automation. Beyond his technical expertise, Brian thrives in project management roles, adept at overseeing complex initiatives from conception to completion. Outside of work, Brian is an avid enthusiast of technology, boxing, soccer, and Formula 1, finding joy in exploring the latest advancements in tech and enjoying the thrill of sports competitions.
