At FRANCO MILLWORK, we offer a wide range of services designed to cover all your architectural millwork and design needs. From conceptual design to project management and custom furniture manufacturing, our team of experts is here to help you every step of the process.
Process:
Step 1 – Design: Whether it is something you’ve drawn on a napkin or from an architectural plan, we can make your concept come to life! We have the capacity to work off your architectural plans and specifications, or create your vision from scratch.
Step 3 – Shop Drawings & Submittal’s: After we have been awarded the project, we immediately begin to work on shop drawings and submittal’s. The time frame of this process will depend on the size of the project, as well as the diligence of of the customer’s team to turn approvals around.
Step 4 – Union Installation: Once your order is complete, our project manager will work diligently to setup a logistics plan that works for all. At this point our experienced and highly qualified union installers will receive, unload, and carefully/safely install your project per plans and specifications. Here at FRANCO MILLWORK we only use union installers, because we believe they are the best trained and most qualified carpenters.
Step 2 – Estimating: Once we have received your plans, designs, and/or specifications, we have an experienced team of estimators that will turn a proposal around in a quick time frame.
Step 4 – Project Management: Throughout the entire submittal approval process, one of our skilled project managers will make sure to follow your project every step of the way. Once the project reaches the fabrication phase, through installation and substantial completion, we will make sure to stay in constant contact with all stakeholders to ensure a positive experience for all.
Step 5 – Customer Care: Our warranty will depend on the products being provided, but regardless we strive to be the most responsive partner to all of our customers. With that said, we are committed to always answering your emails or calls well beyond the substantial completion of your project.
